Concerning the computer science major, what could one do with that major in either econ or bus man.?

None of them. Since you'll probably working tech in a cubicle, the more you boast your resume with tech things the better. Try a minor in Mathematics or something of the like. If what you're seeking is to make presentations and so on, a minor in communication will probably serve best. The business/econ is pretty much useless in your case. If what you wanted to do is be a businessman with computers, the reverse (Business major with Comp Sci minor) would have been your best route.
